I am telling you, there and then I do catch them serving food quality below par. For example, the last time I ordered their pasta marinara, I found the mussels and prawn totally rotten/unfresh. I wonder if the seafood are prepack frozen, how can it be not fresh at the first place?

Don’t bother with the mille crepe here. Once you have the Nadeje’s version, you don’t want to stuff Food Foundry’s crepe into your mouth anymore. The cream that they used to fill up their mille crepe is really substandard.

The mille crepe cake is fantastic. But the Carbonara was disappointed me..

I have tried only for once, the mille crepe. It was incredible. Every bite that melts on your tongue gives u the sensational feeling that you really wanted more. The crepe was really good.

I am posting this comment on behalf of a friend who visited Food Foundry after reading my post.

"Yesterday evening, I went there with Koat, Ken Yi & Ken Wei.
I approached a waiter to get me a table for 4 pax since i saw the face quite pack.....
The waiter just say full.........& ignore me....

I stubborn, so i waited a bit more lah....Then no waiter help me, & pretend not to see me & Ken Yi (Koat & Ken Wei looking for parking space).
So I cannot tahan & approached another chinese waiter......I said I need a table for 4 pax. He said all fulll & that's it. As though it's my problem........
Hey....this is a service industry so must be CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

I got so frustrated, so we adjourned to another restaurant 6-10......

Please tell your fren to post my complain on his blog......me still geram over it......"

Yeah. guess you’re right. I’ve not eaten any other Mille Crepe besides this one … hence I shouldn’t be commenting much on it. You mentioned abt the other Mille Crepe shop, I should go try that one. …

That I know, but that slice of Mille Crepe gave me a feeling that they were making the Mille Crepe for the sake of selling it off to earn that few bucks. I don’t feel any effort/heart put in it; judging from the look of it.
