BAD SERVICE.
I have been eating at Daorae in Sri hartamas & Ara Damansara for so many times….. Never been treated badly before.
Due to Daorae in Ara Damansara close down so I when to Kota Damansara Branch for the first time on 5th Sept 2010 for dinner.
There were 4 of us and we ordered 2 bbq dishes (min. requirement) and a kimchi pot… Total of 3 dishes with 2 bowl of rice(the serving is enough for 4pax)…..BUT…The waiter told me that there are 4 of us and I need to order 4 dishes in order to process the order… I told him that is what we wanted and he stood there not willing to process the order… then he said if i order 4 dishes then they will only serve the side dishes for free… this is RIDICULOUS… he keep standing there giving us trouble and do not want to process the order…I was so angry in the end I walked out of the restaurant.
OMG…. i never encounter that in Daorae Sri Hartamas and Ara Damansara… I have ordered that before and they processed my orders with all the side dishes given and etc…
Tip : Never go to Kota Damansara Branch… The WORST service in the world.
]]>i love to eat korean food and i have try out many korean shops in melaka…now Daorae is here…newly open..but im very dissapointed with their service…there are only one nepalnese allowed to take order from customers…and when 3 of us only want to order 2 dishes, the waiter don’t allow us to do so…he said Daorae’s rule is everyppl must order one…isit true…i really cant believe…how can they force us to order food…and we said both of us are girls, and we cant finish it…the waiter face turn black, and said,,…no..you must order 3 dishes….the service is very bad..and im sure i wont visit it again! ]]>
I just went to Daorae at Malacca, just wan to have a try on this newly open shop…but it is so dissapointed…They don’t allow 3 people to just order 2 dishes, and force us to order 3, as me and my sis both are small eater…we get so full and wanted to ‘tapau’ home the dishes…because it left alot at last…and the nepalnese waiter…only him alone is allowed to take order…others are not allow…and everything have to wait this special ‘waiter’ …and when we told him, we just wan to order 2 dishes, his face turn so black..and said “No, you must order 3!” ….very very dissapointed with his service… ]]>
If anyone interested in trying out Daorae, you must go to the Sri Hartamas branch as their service is excellent.
I just had the worst experience today with the branch in Bandar Puteri Puchong. I swear I’ll never step into this branch ever again. 1st, they don’t allow us to order only 1 serving of bbq (whereby the rest of the branches allow) (how do they expect 2 persons to eat 2 servings of meat when we are ordering other stuffs as well). 2nd, all the waiters don’t smile, unfriendly & very lazy. 3rd, the aircon is so hot. 4th, they don’t refill your tea. The worst part is the owner’s face is even more unfriendly. There were only 5 tables filled on a Sunday evening, can you imagine? Guess I’m not the 1st person who’ll boycot this restaurant. Great disappointment.
]]>After reading the favourable comments in this blog i decided to give this restaurant a try. Me and my gf just came back from the Dataran Sunway branch and we loved everything. Ambience, service and most of all the food were one of the best we’v had! Highly recommended ]]>

Thought of wanted to share out my newfound Korean Kimchi website. I have tasted it and it tasted good as well as the price is affordable.
I think it is useful for those who missed and love to have homemake korean kimchi as well as does not have the time to make it yourself. ]]>
