Am so chuffed you did this piece on Pun Chun... very significant to me. My family HQ (almost ancestral family home) is situated practically opposite Pun Chun. They're practically family friends with the older generation members - you know la small town everyone knows everyone. Especially if living on the same street. Yeah, gotta agree that their duck noodles are on a level above others. They have long history to it. But the price is fast keeping up with the times though.
the yam puffs however, are not as good as they were. and too small portion IMO.
anyway, nice blog you have, and GREAT pics. so vibrant and delicious.
