Put the joint to the 'fresh' test. Ordered sushi, shahimi and unagi with a toss of tempura. The food passed with flying colours but we craved a service level which would be just as fresh. A few of us had to imitate windmills to get any attention. Buck up Raku-san. I had made a reservation but had to wait for 15 minutes before was shown to a table. I can take the 15 minutes wait but fail to understand why can't the captain explain that she has made a mistake or has overbooked and apologise instead of just keeping quiet and going about doing her business, hoping a table will be free.
